David Rodrigues Custodio

Tax Lawyer, Ana Bruno & Associados

A tax lawyer specializing in personal taxation and international clients relocating to Portugal.

He works closely with individuals and high-net-worth clients, helping them navigate the Portuguese tax system and optimize their tax position in a practical and compliant way.

David has extensive experience with the Portuguese NHR regime and the new IFICI framework (often referred to as “NHR 2.0”), as well as international tax planning and corporate structuring.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree in Tax Law. He has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2019 and is affiliated with the Portuguese Tax Association and the International Fiscal Association.
